This is our second year holding a Camp Silent Auction! The Auction will take place April 26 and May 3 before and after weekend services. Summit’s congregation will have the opportunity to bid on baskets made by you and your students on these days.
All baskets entered by campers will receive a minimum bid of $50 backed by the general fund donations.
We hope you are excited! Here are the details you need to know as you start putting together your basket:

Auction Eligibility -

Campers who have registered through www.mysummit.church and paid their deposit are eligible to submit one auction basket or item.

Congregation members are allowed to submit a basket, and funds collected from acution will be distributed to the general Summit Camp account.

All baskets entered must have a title, and a brief description of the basket/items, and a Camper Bio Sheet (if the basket is made by a camper). Please print and turn these in with your baskets.

For your convenience, the bio sheet will be emailed to you. If you would like a tax donation receipt for you to give businesses that donate items to your student’s basket, please email me at Brooklyn.Decker@mysummit.church

As a reminder, basket registrations will be reviewed. We do not want gifts that involve manual labor, babysitting, etc... unless provided services are from professionals. The goal is to keep our kids safe and have a smooth transition of goods for the winner of your unique basket.

All entries must fit securely in one container (basket, box, etc.).

If your camper’s basket sells for more than the cost of camp, that money will be placed in the general fund to help other campers.
All basket applications MUST BE submitted by April 19 at 12pm to be entered in the auction. Baskets cannot be submitted after that time.
Basket Drop-Off Options: All baskets can be dropped off in the lobby by the Hub on Sunday Mornings, or by scheudling a weekday drop-off with Brooklyn at Brooklyn.Decker@mysummit.church.
